Bullying and Mob Rule by John Graham, Lori Thompson, & Rick Van Wieren

With a majority of 3-2 on the 5 person D49 school board in Colorado Springs, CO, John Graham, Lori Thompson & Rick Van Wieren ruthlessly violate the rights and authority of Ivy Liu and Jamilynn D'avola.

John Graham interrupts frequently to oppress viewpoints. He blocked presentation of research, shut fellow board members down during discussions, limited time of debate and violated Roberts Rule of Order frequently. Opposing board members receive his wrath and insults.

With a two-tiered justice system and double standards, they used mob rule against the two board members in the minority. They practiced tyranny and regularly violated the rights of especially Director Ivy Liu due to her refusal to rubber stamp and lie to the community according to the marching orders of the Superintendent Peter Hilts, lawyer Brad Miller, and the sold out board.

The failing academics of the children, the lowest in 12 years since Peter Hilts came on board, and the questionable expenditures and fund balances deserve to be investigated.
