**MANGO PANNA COTTA**

*INGREDIENTS*
3 1
mangoes
cup milk
1 pack thick cream (250ml)
1 cup cup sugar
4 tsp halal gelatine + mixed in 6 tbsp hot water(let it rest
for 10 mins)
1 tsp vanilla essence
METHOD
*Blend together mangoes with half cup sugar, then add
add 3 tbsp gelatine mixture, mix it really well, stack
glasses in tilt position (use a muffin tray or any container
to fix them in this position) Pour the Puree mixture, and
set in freezer to chill for 1-2 hours
* Now in a pan, add milk, put cream, half cup sugar,
vanilla, remaining 3 tbsp of gelatine mix, stir it well,
simmer for 2-3 minutes and remove Before it begins to
boil(this is a very imp step)
*Let it cool a bit, meanwhile the puree sets properly and
solidify,then pour it into the glasses, chill for 1-2 hours
Anddd thats it.
Readddy to serve.
Garnish with some mangoes and devour mazay se
