How we make rolls easily using a bread machine and our Cafe double oven.

Here we use the dough setting on our bread machine to make our dough and finish baking the dough in the oven. We use a simple white bread recipe: 1 cup water, 3 cups bread flour, 2 1/2 teaspoons yeast, 3 tablespoons sugar, 3 tablespoons oil, 1/8 teaspoon salt. Whisk one egg for the egg wash. Let the dough rise for about an hour and cook at 375 degrees for about 12 minutes
