Is She Talking About The Birds and The Bees?

This is the moment every parent dreads. A girl tells her mom, off camera, that her favorite cell is the sperm cell and recites a line from a book about when a baby is formed. Her mother, horrified, asks where she got the book and she explains that it's from a girl who came over and gave them a bunch of books. She then tells her mom that she wants to tell her one more thing and shows her a picture and explains that without skin people can't keep the water out while they swim. The mother, relieved, thanks god that it's just that. Another baby is heard making noises in the background.
