Potato and Bell Pepper Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
4 medium potatoes
1 purple onion
3 sprigs of green onions
Dressing Ingredients:

3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon lemon powder
Instructions:

Grill the bell peppers, then peel and dice them into small squares. Peel the potatoes and boil them with some water and salt until cooked. Then dice them into large squares.
Dice the onion into small squares and add it to the potatoes and bell peppers.
Mix all the dressing ingredients together and add them to the salad. Toss everything together.
Finally, garnish with chopped green onions. Enjoy your meal!
رسپی سالاد سیب زمینی و فلفل دلمه ای
مواد لازم:
1 عدد فلفل دلمه ای سبز
1 عدد فلفل دلمه ای قرمز
4 عدد سیب زمینی متوسط
1 عدد پیاز بنفش
3 شاخه پیازچه
مواد لازم برای سس:
3 قاشق غذا خوری روغن زیتون
1 قاشق غذاخوری سرکه سیب
نمک و فلفل به دلخواه
نصف قاشق چایخوری پودر لیمو
طرز تهیه:
فلفل دلمه ای ها را کباب کرده و پوست میکنیم و بعد بصورت مربع کوچک خورد میکنیم. سیب زمینی ها را پوست کنده و با مقداری آب و نمک میگذاریم تا بپزد. سپس بصورت مربعی درشت خورد میکنیم. حالا پیاز را بصورت مربعی ریز خورد میکنیم و اضافه میکنیم. برای سس همه مواد سس را با هم مخلوط کرده و به سالاد اضافه کرده و مخلوط میکنیم. در پایان با پیازچه خورد شده تزیین میکنیم. نوش جان
