Rumor: Microsoft is handing off Fallout to Another Studio

Following the wicked success the Fallout TV show has brought to the franchise, a new rumor states Microsoft will hand off the reigns of the franchise to another studio. No specifics were given. Though InXile has been rumored to be working on a remaster of the original game and Obsidian pitched a title a few years back.
