Man who claimed to be son of 85-year-old woman killed in fire will be extradited back to Indiana

Monroe County Deputy Prosecutor Jeff Kehr says 48-year-old Noel Montes Cazares is expected to be returned to Bloomington within two weeks. He faces murder, arson and other charges in Lerae Britain Moeller Bush’s Feb. 10 death in a Bloomington-area house fire.
