Orbs flying in the clouds and near the sun, what are they?

Orbs caught in the daytime flowing like a river from east to west in an upward motion in the Central Valley, CA.
I used my P900 with a motorized gimbal tripod. I could only see them if the suns rays were directly on them, I edited the video for contrast.

What are they?
