Wild Geese Feeding in a Corn Field

As we do frequently in the Midwest, we were driving around on the outskirts of the city and came across another flock of geese, this time feeding in a cornfield.Show more

If you have never experienced this or seen this in real life, it quite an amazing site.

There are hundreds of geese and they are very noisy. As you can see in video, we weren't real close to them but you could clearly hear them calling each other.

Geese are much bigger than most people think they are, and if they feel threatened, they will chase you and 'bite' you with their beaks and flap their huge wings trying to slap you with them. If you never been bitten or chased by a goose, it only takes one time experiencing that and you quickly learn to respect their space!
