This set lives up to its name featuring cards themed around the Alabasta and Dressrosa arcs in one piece. It's a bit sad as the Alabasta arc leaders in both Vivi and Crocodile aren't as good as they could have been but kingdoms of intrigue is still a treat to open with a lot of cool holo rares and full arts to get.
