Meneley held powerful positions with the Navy and served as a captain and doctor at Guantanamo Bay. The pedophile was arrested during a human trafficking/prostitution sting in 2017 and charged with sex crimes. He also admitted to other sex crimes that he was charged with in Texas. Meneley was so notable in the Navy that the New York Times included him in a piece in 2016 about the "abuse of patients" at Guantanamo Bay. The pervert initially enlisted in 1975 and retired in 2016. Meneley also served as the commander of NATO Role 3 multinational medical unit in Afghanistan. Meneley died after getting ripped apart by 30 bullets after he allegedly tried meeting up for sex with little girls.
