When not out soliciting signatures, one not a serious option, fringe independent is generally in court, where he is known not only as a litigation hobbyist, but also as the Scourge of the Virginia Bar Association. And apparently the rights of unrepresented litigants, for whom courts are supposed to take a solicitous attitude, refusing to dismiss a complaint unless, beyond a reasonable doubt, they could not prove any material facts, the members of the Virginia Bar Association have endorsed the proposition that a judge can ignore the plain word meaning of statutes, declare you mentally unfit without a hearing, findings or experts, and, if you happen in that “civil” environment to lose even before you day in court, while the court needles you with technicalities, ignoring that the Supreme Court had prohibited them from doing so, it was only because your case was frivolous. And of course if you say “conspiracy”, even though it is a legal cause of action, even codified for businesses under state law, and forms the basis of the federal racketeering statute, for which, thanks to Jimmy Kimmel and his attorneys, there is no civil remedy provision, as endorsed by the U.S. Supreme Court, you must be crazy, and progressive voters in the most reliable Democrat Party Congressional District in Virginia overwhelmingly agree.

But one fringe independent with no “damned” kids in public schools, disagrees, and will probably never get elected Miss Congeniality, it being outside his biologically determined sex and gender.

Your elected representative is called your elected representative for a reason; and Martin Luther King and Jesus never got elected.
