Why is county pushing vaccine 5yr olds? dispatchers not paid enough.?

 Niagara County dispatchers are put under tremendous amounts of stress compared to deputies. Why won’t they pay them the same. Why is the county still pushing the vaccine even though it’s causing massive health issues?
