Aggressive Lady Breaking Laws

This woman was in a hurry to get somewhere fast (or away from something?). I suspect she may have been running from the scene of a crime, considering the busted headlight and her severe impatience. She crossed a double yellow as well as speeding. The posted speed limit here is 35mph, and as you can see, I'm doing about 39mph. She passes me flying.
