Lava rocks added to concrete and building materials

We have tons of ways to incorporate what’s around locally to use to build. At windy Solar Capital we helped a number of people clear land. Lay foundations. We go find people to give us for free or charge us a tiny bit to grab a bunch of lava rocks off their land. Add it in to use less concrete and make it super super strong. What an amazing view up here in and eastern New Mexico lava forest as I call them. Windy Solar Capital helping a bunch of people acquire really cheap land out here. Build smart and very green and efficient. Many times we can find land out here and in Arizona for $500 an acre. Grab some friends. Split 30 or 50 acres. Great water cooler story to share on Monday back at work. Do whatever you want on it. Many counties only require a septic permit to build. 1 single permit. No electrical. Sewer storm water. Footers. On and on and on. To build new in a city it’s $10000s and a million permits. In Charlotte, NC it’s $10k alone in the city to just tap the terrible poisonous city water. Plus $300 a foot for sewer / storm water lines. Do the math if the city sewer tap is 80’ away. $24000. Plus the $10k to tap the water. Insanity. A well out here in New Mexico is $5-10k. A solar powered one that runs on dc is a couple grand extra. No electric lines needed. No permits. Anyways hit us up with an inquiry. Land. Solar. Solar campgrounds or hunting clubs. Hafta world. Hard fixed tangible assets. Get your money out of the banks. And worthless paper statement accts, CDs and iras etc before it’s toooooo late. Windysolarcapital.com
