The Supreme Court has heard arguments aboutwhether Donald Trump is immune from prosecutionfor actions he took while president.

The justices have been asked to consider whether anypresident should have full or partial immunity.

The outcome will determine, among other things,whether Trump should face trial on charges that heplotted to overturn his 2020 election defeat.

The Supreme Court justices are said to be divided as the case currently stands.

The former president is also currently on criminal trialin New York relating to hush money payments.
