Laurence Fox has been ordered to pay £90,000 indamages each to two people he referred to as "paedophiles".
The actor-turned-politician from the UK lost a HighCourt libel case with Simon Blake, a former trustee for charity Stonewall, and drag artist Crystal.
The remarks on X, formerly Twitter, came in anexchange about a UK supermarket Sainsbury'smarking Black History Month.
Mrs Justice Collins Rice said the comments were"gross, groundless and indefensible".
