I've checked readings using my EMF meter of my old apartment

I've checked readings using my EMF meter of my old apartment at 1st floor & 11th floor. RF readings kept going up with the floor.

— Higher floors often provide a direct line of sight to the signal source, improving signal clarity and therefore, increasing the RF

In large societies (atleast in India), they have cell antennas placed on top of one of the buildings, which is directly in line of sight with the penthouses around.

— Concrete is dense and often reinforced with metal bars (rebar). Both the density and the metallic content can significantly attenuate (reduce) RF signals. The attenuation is due to the absorption of the RF energy by the materials and the scattering caused by the irregularities and metal within the concrete.

— Concrete, metal, and other building materials can help shield lower floors, but the higher floors have less shielding

— All dish antennas are on top of the building, operating at 10.7 - 12.75 GHz frequency (More RF)

— RF signals that travel closer to the ground can be absorbed by the earth, especially at lower frequencies. Higher floors are more elevated, thus minimizing this type of signal loss

— The more you go up, the less connected you are to the earth's magnetic field aswell.

If you live high up, you should really consider moving or atleast shielding your place from the RF signals around.
