I no longer fry pork ribs, but instead cook using this genius trick that a famous Korean grandmother taught me. This is one of the greatest ways to cook pork ribs and it always turns out great. This pork ribs recipe surprised all my guests. Delicious dinner for the whole family. Everything is simple and uncomplicated, but the result is incredibly tasty. Cook for the whole family. Cooking recipe and ingredients:
1.2 kg pork ribs.
Remove the film.
Make cuts between the ribs.
Make strip cuts.
We make cuts in the other direction.
Sprinkle with salt.
Sprinkle with black pepper.
Press 2 cloves of garlic with a garlic press.
2 more cloves of garlic.
Rub in the spices well.
Now in the other direction.
Salt.
Black pepper.
2 cloves of garlic.
2 more cloves of garlic.
Rub in spices.
Cover with cling film.
Let marinate for 2-3 hours.
3 potatoes.
1 carrot.
1 red pepper.
1 zucchini.
5 cloves of garlic.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
1/2 teaspoon oregano.
1/2 teaspoon paprika.
2 tablespoons olive oil.
Mix well.
Place vegetables in a baking bag.
Place on a baking sheet.
Pierce with a toothpick.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 1 hour.
4 tablespoons mayonnaise.
1 teaspoon mustard.
1 teaspoon grainy mustard.
Mix well.
Grease the surface with the prepared sauce.
Place in a baking bag.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
1 hour later.
Lubricate the surface with your own juice.
Bake for another 10-15 minutes at 180°C
