I no longer fry pork ribs, but instead cook using this genius trick that a famous Korean grandmother taught me. This is one of the greatest ways to cook pork ribs and it always turns out great. Cooking recipe and ingredients:

1.2 kg pork ribs.
Remove the film.
Make cuts between the ribs.
Make strip cuts.

Rub in the spices well.
Now in the other direction.

2 tablespoons olive oil.
Mix well.

Bake in the oven at 180°C for 1 hour.
4 tablespoons mayonnaise.
1 teaspoon mustard.
1 teaspoon grainy mustard.
Mix well.
Grease the surface with the prepared sauce.
Place in a baking bag.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
1 hour later.
Lubricate the surface with your own juice.
Bake for another 10-15 minutes at 180°C
