Jake Novak Compares President Trump vs. Biden's Response to Antisemitism

Veteran TV news producer Jake Novak says President Trump’s 2019 expansion of Title VI, which allowed universities to crack down on anyone who discriminates against Jewish people, was one of the most important acts to combat antisemitism. Novak says the Biden administration has since removed the executive order from the White House website and has never enforced it.
