Justice Samuel Alito gets DOJ attorney to perjure himself - April 25, 2024

During the #SCOTUS hearing on April 25, the #DOJ lumped "bribes, sedition, treason and assassination" (which are crimes that a President doesn't have immunity for), with "conspiring to use fraud to overturn an election for perpetual power". But what wasn't clear was, the legal remedies for challenging election fraud. If the 1887 Electoral Count Act wasn't a legal means to challenge the 2020 election, then what is, and why did the Uni-Party in Congress decide to "reform" it just before the current congress was sworn in?
