“All of them will be punished. Vladimir Putin, and everyone who supports him,” Taulan Kipkeev, a resident of Karachay-Cherkessia said in a video he recorded by the Kremlin’s walls and published on Instagram in November of 2023.

Not surprisingly a criminal case was opened against Kipkeev. He is charged with spreading “fakes about the army” motivated by hatred or enmity.
