Who is the TikTok Fugitive?

Chad Hower is wanted by the FBI for kidnapping his son.

According to Chad, this claim is false, and he brought alleged evidence to make his case. Chad has been on the run from the US government for almost 20 years, and is currently residing in Russia.

Many media outlets have allegedly been intimidated by the FBI to not cover Chad's story. That's why here today, I want to let Chad tell his side of the story without any manipulation of editing.

Chad was recently covered in a video by CHUPPL, which had seemingly damning evidence against Chad. Take what you will from CHUPPL's video, and from my video, and draw your own conclusions about the truth.
