Before this stream Shaggy and Axle had a stream on Shaggy's channel in which Forge War Hammer decided to call every LDS church in the vicinity of Shaggy's dwelling, and later on called or emailed (not sure which) the Norwegian government about Discord drama revolving Axle, both being clear and unambiguous harassment. After that stream Shaggy and Axle called Forge War Hammer's probation officer to inform them of what transpired. At some point in this Grossly Offensive or one of their subordinates flags down Axle's channel, making him unable to stream, so they do this stream on one of Shaggy's channels.
In this stream Axle alleges that Grossly Offensive met their wife while she was still 14 years of age. Later on Axle plays a recording of the call with War Hammer's probation officer and says they will continue to mess with War Hammer relentlessly. Axle calls up the Council of Evil Discord group DM, only Shaggy and Gahoole answer. Gahoole, as always, cowers any kind of confrontation and urges Axle to stop, while Shaggy eggs Axle on.
Daiymo and Surfer join the call shortly afterwards. Skip this part if you value your mental wellbeing, this was one of the most grating, unfunny, and unpleasant things I've ever had the displeasure to listen to. The group call not only derails, but actively sandbags the stream, Daiymo especially with their unfunny bit of "pretending" to be Surfer. Later on Axle tries to get people watching to call in and only one person joins. He tries to get King of POL to join, but King of POL retorts by saying he and his dad won (if you are unaware King of POL's father is a convicted CSAM felon, I don't recall if it was just possession or they actually did something to a minor though).
At around 3:44:38 Forge War Hammer shows up and joins the call, where Axle and Shaggy confront them with the recording of the probation officer, to retort this War Hammer does the sane thing of brandishing a sword and then a firearm on camera.
The rest of the Council of Evil members, especially Surfer and Daiymo, get really upset at Axle and Shaggy for calling the police on a genuine criminal who has clear malicious intent because he is "the most autistic man online" (In my opinion this should be MORE of a reason to involve the authorities as he is less mentally capable of controlling themselves). At 5:08:45 Axle starts drawing scenarios of what he thinks should happen to War Hammer.
Surfer starts their own stream and we come to learn that one of the main reasons Surfer got upset is because they were muted on a Discord call (Why is this always the reason these people lash out?). Surfer calls Shaggy and Axle "broken hearted" which really makes no sense, I believe the reason for this nonsensical insult, if you can even call it that, is that the only other drama involving calling the authorities was between Surfer and PPP. People relentlessly mocked Surfer for acting like a scorned lover, and that must have ingrained itself into Surfer's psyche to the point they project it onto Axle and Shaggy even though it makes no sense in this context, but I digress.
Axle offers Daiymo to call in and talk about what upsets them in regard for calling War Hammer's probation officer, which Daiymo promptly accepts. Daiymo puts up incredible arguments as "don't be a snitch", and "ACAB", and "He's been harassing people for months so it's okay for him to continue". Gahoole joins in the call and it's brought to light the actual reason they're upset because they fear someone might cause them trouble IRL now.
Axle then manages to call Surfer, where they point out the hypocrisy of Surfer having a problem with this when their claim to fame was calling the cops on PPP. This not very subtle point goes completely over Surfer's head and their only response is "You didn't think this before, very convenient that you think this now".
From then on Axle and Shaggy continued talking by themselves about the drama and to the chat until the end of the stream.

The two then call up Daiymo and Gahoole who have a hissyfit over this. At some point Axle leaves the call to make a point to the stream audience without being shouted over. This of course wounds the ego of Gahoole and Daiymo who rename the group to something rather petulant and then leave. Gahoole rejoins and talks to Axle again, Axle explains in no uncertain terms that they have no interest in mending relations with Surfer as Surfer has crossed a line in supporting War Hammer against Shaggy. Gahoole, being the most confrontation adverse human to ever live says they are going to stop being friends with Axle because of this (Spoilers this doesn't last long).
Axle and Shaggy then start streamsniping Surfer, who comes up with an utterly delusional take even by their standards, that Axle was the one who tried to SWAT Shaggy. Surfer then "psychoanalyses" Axle to try and prove his schizophrenic theory.
The two then switch to watching Mr. Deadman's stream because Deadman apparently spoke about this drama, Mr. Deadman was as interesting as ever (not at all) so nothing came of it.
Axle then goes over a conversation they had with King of POL on Discord, where King of POL threatened that Vidar will harass Axle and their family. Axle responds in kind, that if Vidar does this he will call up King of POL's family and ask them about his father. Because this is an equivalent response, King of POL sees this as an unreasonable escalation and proclaims they aren't scared of these threats while making them themselves. Perspicacity them comes into Axle's live chat to echo King of POL's threat, that if Axle does anything to poor completely innocent KoP then Vidar will harass their family to oblivion. Axle points out that if Vidar does anything to them or their family they will inform the police and get Vidar arrested as per Norway's anti harassment laws, as Axle and Vidar are both Norwegian.
At some point later there is a transition to talking about Cog, then play clips from War Hammer's livestreams to mock them.
Eventually they return to watching Surfer's stream. Axle at this point is quite drunk and is slurring their words, yet is still somehow more cogent and articulate than Surfer. In the stream Surfer does what they are second most well known for (the first being calling the cops on PPP), constructing elaborate erotic homosexual fantasies. Literally every single analogy they make is some vulgar and perverted reference to a homosexual act. This goes on until the end of the stream.
