German Sausage Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

2 boiled potatoes
4 pickled cucumbers
2 German sausages
Fresh chives and onions to taste
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons yogurt
Salt, pepper, and lemon juice
Instructions:

Start by peeling and dicing the boiled potatoes into squares.
Slice the sausages into rings and fry them in a pan with a little oil until browned.
Chop the fresh chives, onions, and pickled cucumbers.
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
For the dressing, mix yogurt, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and lemon juice together, then pour it over the salad.

رسپی سالاد سوسیس آلمانی
مواد لازم:
2 عدد سیب زمینی آبپز
4 عدد خیارشور
2 عدد سوسیس آلمانی
شوید و پیازچه تازه به دلخواه
2 قاشق غذاخوری سس مایونز
2 قاشق غذاخوری ماست
نمک و فلفل و آبلیمو ترش
طرز تهیه:
ابتدا سیب زمینی های آبپز را پوست کنده و بصورت مربعی خورد میکنیم. سوسیس را بصورت حلقه ای برش داده و با کمی روغن در تابه سرخ میکنیم. حالا پیازچه، شوید تازه و خیارشور را خورد کرده و همه مواد را باهم مخلوط میکنیم. برای سس، ماست، مایونز، نمک و فلفل و آبلیمو ترش را با هم مخلوط کرده و روی سالاد میریزیم. نوش جان
