This is a log of my gym routine and how it changes over time. Finally grew the balls to film in the gym but don't expect more soon because I just moved gyms. None of this is science based it's just for fun and caters to the physicality of my job. The main focuses are overhead press and leg work but I'm obviously always tryna get some bigger tiddies and arms. Lmk what yall think and I'll see if I can get enough questions for a QnA vidya.
