I started with an exercise I learned from an 8x Mr. Olympia. No, not Ronnie, the other one that came before him. Mr, “Stimulate. Don’t annihilate.” Lee Haney. These are Rear or Reverse Barbell Shrugs. The difference is obvious, the barbell is held behind you like OG Hacks. This keeps your scapulae pinned back in a retracted position and immediately switches the traps on just holding the barbell when you stand up. Get the maximum ROM you can, squeeze your traps high and let the bar pull them out at the bottom.

For a finisher, I was going to do Pec Dec Reverse Flyes but then I decided on another old favorite, TRX Inverted Rows. Doing these high volume with just bodyweight at around a 45 degree angle absolutely destroy the Rear Delts. You can play with width and grips to find the groove you get the most out of.
