1111 Free Indeed

In 1111 Free Indeed, Rev. Catania reminds us that Christ has made us free. This includes being free from anyone or anything that controls you. You control yourself and you alone are responsible for your actions. The son has made us free and we are free indeed. We're encouraged to stand fast in that liberty, that Christ has made us free. Don't be entangled again with that yoke of bondage. You're in charge of your life. You are responsible for your life and your actions. Man's tendency is to return to bondage. He feels it's safer and he doesn't have to think things through. Adam blamed Eve for his actions and Eve blamed the snake. We do the same when we blame others for our lives. If you don't like your life, change it. Do the Word. Nobody is in control of your life unless you relinquish your rights. Christ bled and died to give you that right. We should have rule over our spirit, and when we don't we are like a city with broken down walls. The way you rule your spirit is to become a disciple of Jesus Christ. We don't move the ancient landmarks that the fathers have set. We should know our boundaries and defend them when they are in danger of being breached. We choose God's way. It takes work and faithfulness.
