"It's going to be five to four, maybe six to three, depending on how Justice Amy Coney Barrett rules," Davis told Steve Bannon. They are going to remand this case back to D.C. Obama Judge Tanya Chutkan. She's going to hold an evidentiary hearing, as she should have done in the first place.
