Police Officer Pranks Young Football Players As They TP A House

In some communities throwing toilet paper on a house or apartment is part of the growing up process. It’s almost a stage. We’re not sure how this practical joke was set up because it appears a bit condoned by the parents. They have a sixth-grade team of football playing boys TPing a house in the neighborhood. Suddenly, a cop car shows up and tells the boys to freeze. Quickly though, we realize that the cop is there to prank the boys. After scaring them a bit he uses his megaphone on the car to start telling the boys to do absurd things like the Hokey Pokey.
