If you haven't heard, there's a stigma that's been going around saying that being vulnerable is a weakness.

I'm here to tell you that it's a strength. Allowing yourself to trust someone knowing that there's a possibility that they might judge you takes courage.

If you understand this but still struggle due to fear, you got some work to do.

Because, what's the alternative? Remaining stagnant or conquering fear to grow? You decide.
