Proverbs 27:17 Being a leader does not mean you have to lead alone! Leaders can lay it all at the altar, letting go of control, surrendering to God's plan. No one is supposed to be a lone ranger. Although you may feel like sometimes you are in a desert, you can reach out. We are all part of the Body of Christ. Reach out to someone you can trust and keep you accountable. Ask God to send that right person to you.
