Our Lord warned not to store up treasure on earth because it can disintegrate or be stolen at any moment. "Store up for yourselves treasure in heaven," He said.

As far as stored-up treasure in heaven goes, we are the wealthiest people on earth. But no one on earth measures wealth the way we do—or the way God does. The next time you are financially embarrassed, do what I do: stand tall and acknowledge your vast SPIRITUAL wealth. What the world has is going away quickly, but what we have is eonian in the heavens, to be paid in a lump sum in the hour of our glorification.
