1 egg yolk.
Keep the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

30g sugar.
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
15 g corn starch.
240 ml milk.
Bring to the boil while stirring constantly.
Allow to cool to room temperature.
400 g / 14 oz strawberries.
You can use any seasonal fruit you like, such as apple, pear, peach...
60g sugar.
15 g corn starch.
100 ml / 3.4 fl oz water.
Cook over low heat until thickened.
300 g cream cheese.
200 ml cream.
170 g condensed milk.
10 g / 0.35 oz agar agar.
Bring to the boil while stirring constantly.
Pour the mixture into the mold and let it rest at room temperature for 5 minutes.
Fill the strawberries into the mold and keep in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
