E10: Front Bumper Trim and Finish for Tire Clearance on Project 4x4 Pontiac Catalina Safari

-Trim the front bumper to make room for the 35/12.5LT17 tires.
-Weld in panels to finish the bumpers look
-finish grind and polish the welds so the bumper looks as close to factory as possible.
