Notes from us:
Colors regraded, corrected, color space transferred to wider gamut. Black levels adjusted, white balance adjusted.

Deinterlaced (properly) to 640x480 at 59.94 fps (Square pixels mean 720x480 = 640x480)

Extensive spatial and temporal denoising applied in vegas pro (using external plugins)

Scaled to 1440x1080p at 59.94 fps progressive. Added pillar bars to get 1920x1080p60 (proper) . Temporal data used to enhance fidelity/details on a frame-by-frame basis during the upscale process. All editing done in a prores422HQ pipeline.

Applied selective saturation bump, Fixed some chroma bleeding, various other plugins applied to repair and enhance the final video.
(Total compute time on a 24-core processor with an RTX 4090 = ~35 hours)

Final encode is AV1, new audio source from charlie miller (lineage below) was added, old sources were removed.
