Ten countries have made a decade long commitmentto maintain current global efforts to increase the tiger population.
Leaders, biologists and wildlife experts gathered atThe Tiger Conservation Coalition (TTCC) in Bhutan toraise money and highlight the key roles that tigers andtheir habitats play in the wellbeing of the planet.
In the final statements of the conference ten countriesmade a $1bn (£804,000) to conservation efforts afterdeclining population, which was described as an'expensive' task by TTCC.
