Boeing shares are down by a third since the start ofthis year and are on the hunt for a new chief executive.

The company has been in crisis since part of the bodyof a new Boeing 737 Max 9, flown by Alaska Airlines,broke off after take-off in January.

US regulators have said their investigating claims by aunion that Boeing retaliated against two employeeswho raised concerns about other Boeing jets. Boeingsaid it was trying to improve its safety culture.
