Air-Frying Hand Breaded Trout #AnglerApril2024

I love that my son has a passion for fishing. It is a family tradition on both sides of my family. My sister is an amazing fisher-woman. Me however... I just like to enjoy the nature, throw out a line, and eat the occasional dinner. Participating in #anglerapril is always a good time and stretches me out of my "normal" cooking or day to day adventures. So glad to be part of it! Thank you to @9AcreFamilyFarms for hosting us! Today I try to replicate something I remember purchasing and eating more than a decade ago, let's see how I did!
