Today's Terrible Judge: North Carolina Supreme Court

Today the North Carolina Supreme Court, consisting of Chief Justice #PaulNewby , #AnitaEarls , #PhilipBergerJr , #TamaraBarringer , #RichardDietz , #TreyAllen and #AllisonRiggs decided a century plus old Confederate memorial in #Asheville NC should be demolished and permanently disfigured. At a cost of over $100,000 to the taxpayer, the removal of the #Vance memorial is a stain on the city of Asheville and #NorthCarolina in general.
