Tan comes from Hong Kong to Rome to help family friends whose restaurant was planned to be taken away by local mafiosi. Accustomed to always getting what they want and stopping at nothing, the bandits made a big mistake by underestimating a seemingly modest young man. Unable to cope with him on their own, the mafiosi hire the best European and Japanese martial artists, but Tan easily defeats everyone. And then the "cool and deadly" American Colt enters the arena of the ancient Colosseum against him.
