Butchering Chicken Made Easy

We've been butchering our own chickens now for 3 years and will never go back to buying store bought chicken again. It was a learning process in the beginning with that neither of us ever butchered anything completely before but we are so glad we took the step and did it. Seeing all that chicken cut up and packaged in your freezer after spending months raising them is such a fulfilling feeling. Would most definitely recommend trying if you are able to.
