We continue a study of the book of Job. Zophar the Naamathite insists that Job’s arguments are wrong, and he has no future. He insists wicked people enjoy their ill-gotten, stolen gains, like candy in their mouths, but when they finally swallow them, they turn to poison. Yet Job asks them to actually look at him and consider what they see. Their philosophies are empty. Have they never asked those who actually travel around and see the world the way it is? Wicked people escape the day of calamity when better people are swept away. Their deaths are easy and their funerals large. How can Zophar argue such foolishness, then, that denies reality? The thirteenth video in our "Job" series. Nathan C. Johnson, Bible Teacher, fills in the books of the Bible that the founder of The Word of Truth Ministry, Mr. Otis Q. Sellers, never got to studying as part of his "TL" (tape library) audio library.
