Miller records video while standing across the street from the school. As Miller was aware of the District’s intent to have him arrested for defiant trespass should he set foot on school district property, he pressed the issue to the limit and stood on the property across the street from the school campus to film a video which he then posted to his “Cultural Contrarian” Facebook site. The video falsely accused the District, school board, and administration of violating Miller’s constitutional rights.

Also, Miller was wrong about thinking he could be from OSHA or the Department of Transportation or
the Department of Environmental Resources and making inspections on the school campus.

Mr. Falgiatore has supported Miller who released that disturbing video of his walk around the school campus, who was arrested for criminal trespass and possessing a weapon on the school grounds
where Mr. Falgiatore is a school board director.
