Try this shoulder blaster! The alternating shoulder press done standing incorporates more core stability. Keep this exercise slow with your elbows turned in around 10° And hold the dumbbells at the same angle. Feet square, knees soft, core tight and chest up is very important. Keep the technique slow and controlled. You will really feel this if you do it right.
