My Grandfather's Famous Meatloaf Recipe! Delicious Taste of Tradition!

Ingredients:

For the Meatloaf:
180g Bread rolls
200 ml Water
Chives
1kg Ground meat
150g Mozarella cheese
1/2 tsp Dried coriander
3/4 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Sweet Paprika
1/2 tsp Marjoram
1 tsp Fresh or dried Dill
2 Cloves of garlic
3 Eggs
2 Onions
Vegetable oil

For the Salad:
1 Sweet pointed pepper
3 Apples
4 Pickles
1/2 tsp Dried or fresh dill
Salt
Black pepper
Parsley
Chives
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
