Sen. Johnson specifies the key difference in Trump vs. Biden classified documents cases

Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI) says there has always been a dispute over what classified documents the president is allowed to keep or must return to the National Archives and Records Administration. Sen. Johnson says that issue doesn’t exist for Joe Biden and the classified documents he kept as a U.S. Senator and Vice President. “Clear violation of the law, and yet President Biden gets let off scot-free because, I guess it's because he’s senile,” he says.
