China's weather agency has issued its highest levelrainstorm warning yet for the south of the country.

More than 110,000 people have been evacuated fromtheir homes in Guangdong, as days of heavy raincaused massive flooding in China's most populous province.

Four people have died so far and 10 are missing, according to state media.
