Dan Nowman represented NOWCast and KPFK-FM's Rebel Alliance News at the L.A. Times Festival of Books on the campus of the University of Southern California on Sunday April 21st, 2024. He spoke with members of Code Pink and Jewish Voices for Peace who were speaking out against the genocide in Gaza and calling for an immediate ceasefire and end to U.S. funding to Israel. Mainstream media was also present.
