Allegedly Intoxicated Woman Goes Berserk on Officers, Screams and Bangs Her Head Repeatedly

A 40-year-old woman identified by police as Julia Jones was approached by officers after they received a call about a supposedly highly intoxicated female. The woman screamed, allegedly spit on an officer, banged her head on the inside of a patrol vehicle, and kicked the windows as she was being arrested by police officers in Palm Coast, FL, on Friday.
